Currently in Corepunk, every equipable item have three tiers (I, II, III) and four qualities - Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic
Tiers are distributed by required character level to equip:
Quality Benefits: Increasing an item's Quality unlocks extra features — weapons gain additional chip slots, artifacts receive bonus secondary stats, and runes /chips enjoy boosted core-stat values. Discover rare Quality drops, trigger Quality "procs" during crafting, or use the Synthesis Machine to elevate your gear.
Upgrade Kits - consumable tradable items used in Synthesis Machine to upgrade your item tier to the next level.
You can can them as reward by finishing quests, killing bosses , or simply get them as drop from monsters or opening chests for example on Prison Island .
To use upgrade kit you have to put it into Synthesis Machine along with item you want to upgrade. For example you can put Common artifact and corresponding Upgrade Kit to upgrade artifact to Uncommon quality.
Grade | Uncommon | Rare | Epic |
---|---|---|---|
Tier 1 | |||
Tier 2 | |||
Tier 3 |
Skins requires their own Upgrade Kits to upgrade them.
Each kit increases the item's grade by one tier; for example, using an Epic Kit on a Common item yields an Uncommon item.
While crafting based on your profession level you have a chance to craft item with higher quality. However when you making item in Synthesis Machine result may have higher quality as well regardless of your profession level.
Players can combine 5 items of the same Quality in the Synthesis Machine to produce one item of the next Quality — e.g., 5 Common items for an Uncommon item, 5 Uncommon for 1 Rare, and so on.
Additionally, the Synthesis Machine supports custom Quality recipes: insert the required ingredients according to any Quality recipe, and you’ll receive an item of that recipe’s Quality or higher.
